The Communications Committee is responsible for maintaining the EEPTA web site and for publishing the EEPTA Newsletter, Eagle Eye News.

Maintaining the Website requires No previous programming skills and can be done from home.  We use a hosting service called 1&1 and they provide templates to create all of our pages, just type in the information needed.  If you are comfortable using a computer you will be able to pick up the skills needed very quickly.  Updates to the website are preformed at various times and take about 1 hour a month.

Eagle Eye News is published once a month.  You will be responsible for creating the newsletter using your own computer and the articles sent to you by the EEPTA Chair positions.  The Newsletter is approved by the president and printed at the school, copies take about 1-2 hours depending on length. 

This committee is perfect for someone that can only help from home because very limited time is spent at the school.
